Hi I’m Vanessa!

I’m an experiential producer specializing in premieres, screenings, branded experiences, pop-ups, and live events. I’ve spent the past several years producing work for entertainment, beauty, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands including Netflix, Google, Meta, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Levi’s, Amazon, National Geographic, FX, and Hulu.

I lead projects from early planning through onsite execution, bringing together creative, logistics, vendors, budgets, schedules, and all the moving pieces in between. I’m especially drawn to productions that are highly considered visually but still need to work flawlessly operationally.

My approach is hands-on, collaborative, and detail-driven. I like taking an idea from “how are we going to pull this off?” to a finished experience that feels intentional, seamless, and memorable.
